I’m Deborah Baildam and I’m passionate about creating spaces that feel as good as they look.

My journey into design began when I studied jewellery design at Central Saint Martins in London, a foundation that led to my first role in manufacturing and designing interior accessories. This experience taught me to appreciate the power of small details and how they can make a big impact in a space. Since entering the interior design industry in 2014, I’ve spent the last 10 years working with high-end furniture brands, as well as established interior designers, where I gained invaluable experience in creating beautiful, functional environments for discerning clients. My time in the industry has reinforced my love for the small touches that elevate a room and truly make it feel like home.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of living and travelling abroad for six years, soaking in new cultures and design influences before settling in Manchester, UK, in 2022 with my husband, our two young children, and our rescue cat. The experience of renovating and designing our own home led me to realise that a gap exists in the industry: many people don’t have the budget to transform an entire home at once. Instead, they need help room by room, and that’s exactly what I’m here to offer. I believe that design is about much more than just aesthetics—it’s about creating spaces that enhance our lives and bring joy. Whether it’s a complete overhaul or a small update, no job is too small and no dilemma too insignificant. If it matters to you, it matters to me.

My approach is friendly, personable, and tailored to each client’s unique needs, and I’m here to offer help with any design challenge, big or small—without the big design fee price tag.
